I teamed these with the 20030 frame and they look fine.I think people complained about the black ones falling off and after installing them I think I see the problem. When you press them on they need to CLICK loudly. If they just press on a bit, it kinda stays but they’re going to fall off. If you can’t get them to click you need to reseat the screw gasket towards the middle of the license plate (loosen the screw, push the gasket towards the middle as you tighten). With the 20030 frame if the gasket is flush against the raised edge of the frame you can’t get the cover to CLICK in place.
